1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Softiba website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

Softiba provides web design, web-based application development (primarily with Laravel), domain & hosting assistance, e-commerce solutions, cloud integrations and digital marketing. Service scope, pricing and timelines are defined in individual proposals or statements of work (“SOW”).

3. Intellectual Property

  • Website content, designs, graphics, code and trademarks on this site are the property of Softiba, unless otherwise stated.
  • Final deliverables transfer/licensing will follow the SOW. Third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for any Softiba portal or integrated service.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Quotes, Payments & Refunds

  • All quotes are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Invoices are payable through supported gateways.
  • For project work, milestones and handover are tied to staged payments as per SOW.
  • Due to the nature of digital services, completed milestones are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely content, access and approvals to keep the project on schedule.
  • Ensure provided materials do not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment, analytics). Softiba is not liable for outages or issues caused by third-party providers, but we’ll provide reasonable support for resolution.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softiba is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support, SLAs and maintenance windows are defined in the SOW or a separate maintenance agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
